1 Hour Coaching Session - $75.00 this will be an intensive training where we can take on a skill and train it from beginning to end. There will be some preparation involved. A lot can be covered in one hour.
Monthly Coaching - 5 hours -$325.00 in order for this time to be spent wisely, a plan will be developed ahead of time so each week will build from the personalized plan.
